JAB BUHAY
I have been a Las Vegas local for almost 3 years now. I'm finding that living in Las Vegas offers opportunities to meet a lot of new and interesting people from different places. I've also found that there is more to this town than just the glitz and the glamour of the world famous Las Vegas Strip. As an avid weekend adventurer, I enjoy the scenic views of the Red Rock Canyon and the majestic Mt. Charleston. I normally bring with me my camera to shoot - every time I am out I'm always in awe...
Every since I could remember, I've always had some kind of camera in my hands. It could be for school, for a family party or while hanging out with friends. As a little boy I learned photography from my Dad, he gave me an old Canon AE-1 and Nikon FE from 1982. From then on my mom had supported me and always encouraged me to keep on taking pictures, she bought me a Yashica SLR for my birthday and looking back on that, I realized that she did it even though we did not have that much extra money to spare... Thanks guys!
In college I had spent time as an apprentice for Pablo Reyes Photography, the only 9 fingered photographer in the chaotic but beautiful city of Manila in the Philippines. Also in college is where I was able to give back to my favorite hobby by forming the UP Photographers Society. This is a way for me to share my enthusiasm for the craft and create an atmosphere for people a lot like me can share their talents and ideas.
Currently, I accept freelance photography work. I can take in projects for families, individuals or groups that would need photos taken and reproduced digitally or on print. Photo books, Posters, Mugs, shirts, calendars, framed portraits, DVD and online slideshows... just ask - I'll be more than happy to take it on. Thanks for dropping by.
